High HCG at 5-6 weeks?

I’m a bit in shock right now. Based on my last period I’m 5w2d today and my HCG was over 26,000! I’m guessing around 24-25 dpo today. I’m going in for an ultrasound tomorrow and scared to death there’s more than one baby in there! With my first baby my HCG at 16 dpo was only 95.

Anyone else had HCG levels this high before 6 weeks? Singleton or twins???

4 weeks 6 days my hcg was 18,762. I had an ultrasound the following week and had one baby. Good luck and hope it turns out the way you want!

Same thing happened to me, i had extreamly high numbers to the point it was enough for triplets. Nope just one little boy.

Ah big relief, just one baby, measuring about 6 weeks. I thought it would be too early but we even saw the heart beat!

I had insanely high HCG with my last pregnancy (which caused hyperemesis unfortunately) and was really thinking it was twins too... nope just one!
