High temperature? NOT BBT

Does anybody else have a slight fever? My temp just now (late morning, been awake for hours) was 99.7F or 37.7 celsius and I'm struggling to find out if this is normal or a concern.

I do have a headache and generally feel a bit worn down but nothing major.

Any ideas ladies?

I believe an elevated temp is a normal sign of pregnancy in some women.
I had this even with my chemicals (so 3-5weeks). The female body is an amazing thing!!
