High temps, but neg test. Need advice!

I had a temp shift 16 days ago. My temps were 97.2-97.6 and for the last 16 days they've been 98.0-98.4. All of my pregnancy tests are negative and AF is no where in sight. My periods are very irregular and I usually do not ovulate, but the temp shift this month had me thinking I did.

My dr wrote me for provera but I am nervous to take it when my temps are still this high.

What do you ladies think I should do?? Is there anything else that could cause high temps for this long without being pregnant??

As there are a couple of missing temps, your ov could be out by a day or so, although it definitely looks like a clear ovulation shift, it also looks like your temp dipped slightly today, which could indicate af is on her way, I'd give it a couple more days, it looks like either af or your bfp is right around the corner.

provera wont cause a m/c if u are pregnant but im in agreement give a few more days if nothing retest and then start provera
