High Temps & Implantation Dip? 8dpo

okay so i ovulated on valentines day my last period was jan 27th and today ive been super tired & feel sick to my stomach like i have to puke all day, i took 3 naps & im still exhausted to the max, and im SO hungry but the sound of food makes me want to puke.. im currently 8dpo and today i had a temp dip. well all my temps are high and my dip was a few point degrees above my cover line so im wondering could this be implantation or what? ive felt like pressure on my lower stomach but it was only a few mintues at a time this morning and since they stop ive felt like puking. i took a test when i was 6 dpo cause im trying to wait till my expected period on the 28th but ill probably test when im 10dpo. ive charted before but my temps have NEVER been this high & closer together, they are like back to back.. (feel free to stalk my chart or anything), but im just too impatient right now and cant wait till tomorrow to take my temp. i hope this is our final cycle trying cause if i do conceive this cycle the baby would be due on my moms birthday! i seriously dont know what to do! :shrugs:

so im mainly just curious has anyone had this happen before and ended up pregnant or starting? i just need someone to give me ANY advice, positive negative i really dont care just any will help ease me a bit!

Well, your dip is technically enough to possibly be implantation, but there's just no way to know yet. Your temps post-O are not super high yet (in fact, if it weren't for your positive OPK's, from your temps alone I would have guessed you O'd on CD16)...but that doesn't necessarily mean anything one way or the other. I know you want a definitive answer because the TWW is crazy torture...like, if you knew government secrets, you'd talk...that kind of torture. But unfortunately, in TTC there's nothing definitive until a positive test. I've had temp dips like yours before and was not pregnant...some people get them just like yours and are. All you can do is wait. If your temp shoots back up tomorrow, it'll be a great sign. Try to get a good night's sleep (this is very hard at this point I'm sure...I always toss and turn at that point in my 2ww)...but you need it so that your temp is accurate. well my temp did shoot back up i took a pregnancy test it was negative but i figured it wouldve been, but i needed to just use it already so i would stop pressuring myself. ahahhaa! but yeah my phone said i ovulated on valentines day on 3 period apps & ff predicted i would then so we did every other day. thank you & goodluck to you too! baby dust!

Oh, holy world it did shoot up, didn't it?! A lot! If your temps stay up, your chart will clearly be triphasic, which is a great sign!

If CD8 was implantation, it will probably be at least 2-3 days before even a super sensitive HPT would work. It's looking good! Keep me posted!

ahaha! sure did! & would it still be good if they were at pre dip/spike level or even a bit higher then the ones before? and thanks! i surly will keep you posted! baby dust to you!!!

As long as it stays above cover line, it's good. If it stays above your initial post-temps, it would be triphasic, which is even better. Neither one is definitive, but either way, good signs! And thank you.

I am on the same cycle as you. I o'd on 15th

I had bleeding on 19th-21st I still dont know if it was implantation or my body playing a joke on me.

this month I have no sore breasts and baaaaddd lower nack pain. I don't usually get these before AF. I feel super bloated and have tickly feeling in my tummy. Im tying not to get too excited and test too early as I know how sad it feels to get the BFN month after month.

hmm could very well be if it only last a day or two! & yaaay same cycle!!!! my breast arent sore but my hubby said they feel bigger cause i felt them and couldnt tell, ahahaha! but my nips have been sore tho! and last night i was craving apple cider and my husband told me too bad and i started crying so he told me to go to dollar general and see if they had some... they didnt so i got apple juice. i tested early twice but i knew they would both be too early but i just wanted to see.. now if i figured i actually was being far from ovulation then got a bfn id probably be A LOT more sadder. but so far my temps are holding up good & looks like i could be, i guess! im waiting till 15dpo (expected period day) to test again. goodluck to you too doll! & i surely will!

I keep getting waves of crying but it doesn't come out. So weird that I tried to force myself to cry a few times just to get rid of the feeling. Feel so pathetic lol

I got a wave of nausea at work today, mild headaches, frequently peeing and I've gone off food! I thought it was our lucky month. Hubby left work early so we could tests. We are both gutted but I think I tested too early. AF would be on the weekend so ill wait a week to test again!

Stop me if I feel tempted again lol

lol. im right there with yah on the symptoms expect i only got a few headaches yesterday cause of my dizzy spells. im starting to get dizzy real fast and i have to go stand outside like every hour for like 10 minutes cause even if its 60 degrees in our house im still waaay too hot, and im craving stuff that i normally think is disgusting like apple cider. ahahaha! i have had nausea since i ovulated and peeing a lot like every 40 minutes or so, thats been like that since like 6 dpo. i just wish friday would get here already so i can test but we got this!!! we can overcome the crave to test! ;D im due on saturday but im probably going to test friday.

AHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAAA!!! twinning!!! i do the same thing but i use a flash light & my husband is like why do you try so hard to see a kine thats not there? and ill just be like leave get away from me before i punch you in the face. ahahhhaa! i just took a opk cause i heard they can detect pregnancy (and no im not going off a opk for a pregnancy test, but still.. gave it a shot) & i got a smiley!!!! so i told my husband to get me a actual pregnancy test tonight on his way home. im going to retest with a opk before he gets home if i get another positive opk then ill test tomorrow morning then ill hold off till saturday to test. aahaha!

well i hit mine on accident and i was like uh wtf it looks bigger so i had my hubby figure it out he said my left one (his right) is bigger then the other but they both got bigger, im like a cup size bigger then what i was.

my lower abs hurt really bad, i mean its not painful but its super uncomfortable & its making my nausea flare up pretty good & my lower back is hurting. ill probably just sleep it off. i hope im not starting!

I have the back pain soooo bad. Nothing makes it better might have to soak myself in the bathtub tonight. Lets hope I have a better day at work today! I have a doctors appointment tonight so lets see if she can recommend me something for my next cycle.
