So after my midwife refered me after I had been complaining of severe pain around my bump, hips and lower back today I had my physio appointment. Found out I have a tilted pelvis on the right side and my abdominal muscles have split, have to wear a tuber grip type bump brace to help support everything :(

Even tho it is reassuring to know there is a legit reason for the pain it's really scared me. I'm only 26 weeks it's only going to get worse. I am already being told to stay off my feet when ever possible, no lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting....how am I going to last until I go on maternity leave

:hugs: sounds painful. The bump band will help you-when I was referred to the physio, they also gave me a tens machine to use on my back and recommened sitting on a gym/birthing ball. The ball really helped too, so it might be worth you asking about those.
Also, as soon as my baby was born the pain was gone and I have has less issues with this pregnancy, so it's not all bad :flower:

Been using a gym ball for a few weeks now and a long maternity pillow during the night, not eased anything at all. Physio said I would ache after she tried to reset my pelvis yesterday and last night was awful. The pain is as strong as the pain you get with cramp this morning :sad2::sad2:

The night times can be really hard-I know the pain can wake you up too. Mine was like tooth ache in the hip socket-ouch.

Resetting the pelvis doesn't sound pleasant, but I hope it helps you.

Hope it eases for you honey :flower:

So sorry to hear you're experiencing that! :( Hope you find relief and are able to make it the rest of the way without debilitating pain!
