So after my midwife refered me after I had been complaining of severe pain around my bump, hips and lower back today I had my physio appointment. Found out I have a tilted pelvis on the right side and my abdominal muscles have split, have to wear a tuber grip type bump brace to help support everything
Even tho it is reassuring to know there is a legit reason for the pain it's really scared me. I'm only 26 weeks it's only going to get worse. I am already being told to stay off my feet when ever possible, no lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting....how am I going to last until I go on maternity leave
