Ok, I am going to try to describe my question as clearly as possible, but I think I may sound slightly crazy! I have been ttc for over a year now. About 6 months ago, I tried using clomid, and got a bfp the first month. Unfortunately, it didn't stick. However, looking back at that cycle, I had a lot of strange symptoms. The day after I ovulated (confirmed by bbt), I broke out in SEVERE hives. Then, about 1 week after that, I started getting hives every day up until the pregnancy ended (5 weeks).

I guess my question is do you think the hives were related to the pregnancy? It seems pretty obvious they were, but would my body react so severely the day after ovulation? I thought that was impossible, since you aren't supposed to have symptoms before implantation. Could my body have had a negative reaction to conception?

I haven't had any success since then, and I literally consider myself out if I don't get hives the day after I ovulate. Am I being completely insane?? Not sure if this question makes sense, but any help or advice would be appreciated!

I got really bad hives when I was a kid and they arnt a good sign, they mean your boby is attacking itself, its symptoms of an autoimmune condition .. you should maybe get it checked out

Thanks, thats exactly what I was thinking..I just think its weird that I reacted the day after ovulation. I didn't think my body would be able to recognize the pregnancy yet
