Just wondering what 2/5ths palpable and 2-3cm long meant?
Is it a good thing?

2/5ths palpable means that 2/5ths of baby's head can be felt above the pelvis, so 3/5ths of baby's head are engaged not sure what the long thing means though xx

2-3 cm long is the length (thickness) of your cervix. So it's still a bit thick...

my MW said at the start cervix's are like a carrot and to be fully effaced/thinned out its the size of a polo mint hope that helps x
