Hmmm. Pretty dark OPK on CD 8?!

I usually don't ovulate until around CD 14-17. So I'm super confused on why i'd get this dark of an OPK so soon? I did take Soy Isoflavens this cycle so I'm wondering if that is what is effecting my cycle?
