Home pool water temperature

Hi ladies,

Just a quick question for anyone who's had experience with these home pools - what temperature are you supposed to have the water? And how do you ensure that happens, and that it stays at that particular temperature? I've seen a couple of websites saying that it should be fairly cool - is that right?

its supposed to be body temp for the birth you can have it whatever temp you like before that

37 and it should be kept fairly constant. We did it with buckets. One or two out of the pool and one of hot in until temp is back up. Towards the end they had to do it between surges cos EVERYTHING had to be still when i had one! Lol
