Homebirth insurance

I really want a home birth, and we have great insurance, but I was wondering if anyone in the state of washington has gotten their home birth paid for by insurance? Also, has anyone been successful at getting a doula paid for by insurance? Thanks!

I'm afraid I can't really help with your question. I do know that depending on what your insurance includes paying for a HB can often turn out actually being cheeper than a hospital birth with insurance.
