right my lb is ready to move onto the next stage from purees. tonight I mashed him up potato, carrot broccoli n cheese which he loved. now if I was doing him a meat dish/recipe how would I get that to the right consistency? would I used a food processor or blend the meat n mash the veg?
I use a lot of the Annabel karmel recipes so its all cooked together at the end of the recipe it just says blend to required consistency. but when I use my hand blended it always ends up smooth.
also im going to start adding rice or pasta to dishes. do I have to use baby pasta or can I just blitz up adult pasta?

Can't help with the mashing thing as we did BLW and we're veggie but I an answer your pasta question, you can use adult pasta. Ashley has had it since 6 months, white pasta is better for babies than wholewheat and if you're doing it as finger foods then fusilli is easy for them to hold.
