For a girl: Layla Irene

For a boy either: Nathaniel Jr (after his daddy) OR Brayden Carter

????
Any intake would be very appreciated ; Negative or Positive:)

Love the name Layla for a girl :)
And the name Nathaniel Jr is really cute too.
My sons name is going to be Quinsy Jr :)

I wanted to name him Quinsy if he's a boy because I LOVE that name. But my boyfriend knows some kid Quinsy & hates him so of course it was a no
-__-

LOL really i dont think its a very common name my boyfriend is the only Quinsy i know. Well i couldnt say no to naming him Quinsy Jr.
Thats understandable tho i woukd never give my child a name that someone i hate has lol. I think its really special for a father and son to share a name tho, should you have a little boy.
What are you hoping for?

We are both hoping for a boy!! It just seems easy considering we would get so many hand me downs rather then buying everything ourselves for a girl. I'm in love with the name Layla though so it kind of makes me want a girl ... I have no idea!

Both little boys and girls are so special.
The hand me downs are definately a good thing tho since they grow soo fast in the beginning. My sister jus had a son in December and hes growin out of all his 0 to 3 months clothes now, so for the first year anyways my son will be wearing alot of his cousins clothes :)

LOVE the name Layla! :) That's what I was trying to talk my OH into naming our girl, but of course he didn't like it lol. We ended up coming up with a name that wasn't even on our list we've been making. :haha: I also really like both Nathaniel and Brayden. I like the uniqueness of Brayden, I don't think I even know anyone personally with that name.

I love them.both!
I dislike brayden tbh, because of the "ayden" in it, lol nothing.personal just have an extreme dislike of the name!
Our sons name will.be Coltin Alexander! :)

Love all of them :) personally not a fan of naming a child after their father 'jr', but that's just a personal thing. Names are lovely :) nathaniel jr sounds good despite my opinion :)

I like your girls name!
Tbh I'm not a fan of naming after the dad with 'Jr' either, but Nathaniel is nice :)
Brayden Carter isn't my favourite but we don;t really hear those names here so I think that's just why!

Layla was my girl name (although we are having another boy so its a no go for that.) After the Eric Clapton song. And Both Nathaniel and Brayden are strong, charismatic boy names.

I think Layla is super cute but I don't like it as a woman's name, which your little girl will eventually be
I find it sounds too little girl and may bar her from being taken seriously in business situations because sadly people do judge based on names alone. Just a thought!

Layla is a pretty name and Nathaniel suits for a boy. I'm on my 23rd week, still not knowing if its a boy or a girl but deciding on naming for girl: Zayne Eleanor and for boy: Zayn Louis, it doesn't sound funny right? Haha

Thank you all very much for the opinions! We changed the girl name to Layla Annabella Crow instead of Layla Irene Crow:D.

I think the name Layla is pretty. My cousin has a friend named Layla. They didn't know what to name her, and when her mom was in labor, they were driving her to the hospital and Eric Clapton's song "Layla" came on. So that's what they named her.

Except that the hospital accidentally didn't put the a on the end of her name on the paperwork. Her birth certificate said "Layl", and they had to have it corrected. :haha:
