Hooks to keep changing bag from slipping on pram?

Help! Does anyone know what these are called or where I can get them from? Saw a link a while ago but can't remember what it was. I have a 'bar handle' on my bugaboo and the changing bag always slips right down.

You can get them in boots they're not especially strong so you have to be careful how you balance them but they're about £2 for 2.

These are fab, I have these for mine..they are velcro so fit any pram and the hold my bag in place (and that thing is heavy haha)

I have some of these they are really strong and good for carrying shopping bags too.
