Hi all

Hoping for some help here...

So DH and I been TTC since Jan 2013, DH was diagnosed with low count and motility earlier in the year but we had to wait until 3 months before January 2015 for my tests to be done and then for referral for Fertility treatment in January.

I am due to have my bloodwork done at 7 days before to my period this month, but I don't have a regular bang on cycle. Last couple of months been 34 days, ov on day 21, month before that 37 day cycle but it can be anything from 28 days really - I temp monthly and am currently on day 20 of my cycle - FF put crosslines on day 15 making me 5DPO today, meaning that according to that, I will have a 28 day cycle this month as I have a 13 day LP.

Really, my question is, do I trust FF and go get my bloods done this week, or do I go by my past few cycles and leave it until later risking that I miss, or if I go this week, risk going too early?

Could you have a look at my chart and see what you think? Its not majorly obvious this cycle I don't think.

I'm sure many of you will have had experience with this, thank you so much for your help.

The way my fertility clinic does it is seven days after ovulation to confirm hormone levels and ovulation..... So I would go this week.
It looks like ff may change your O date soon if your temps remain high. I think you Od a day or two later, maybe on day 17. I would go on day 24, but that is just me.
I am doing mine tomorrow! Yay blood work.

Thanks for the reply :flower: I think you are right. I think I may have O'd on day 17 too, my temp has risen again today so I think I have definitely o'd  I am going to go on day 24 like you said
Oh the joys, but i'm just happy to be moving forward.DH has to do another SA too, we'll see if the vits etc have made any difference.
How long have you been TTC and where are you with your journey? I'm assuming that you a quite a way along if you are already at the Fertility clinic?

:growlmad:Over three and a half years

Unfortunately we were with a Dr for over a year before we were referred, then on a waiting list for eighteen months.
Thankfully we moved provinces and now have a clinic that is working double time with us. Just found out we are going to do IUI next month!:happydance::shrug::happydance:

Wow, thats fantastic news  So annoying that you were messed around to begin with though.

In the UK, we have to have been trying for 2 years before we can be referred on the NHS - we are on month 22. Our tests all have to be done within 3 months of referral so hence why we are doing now
At least we're kinda moving forward now :happydance:

Good luck for the IUI next month, how exciting :flower:
