My stomach has been aching/tender for the last 4 days. Last night I was up most of the night with severe nausea that even my Zofran didn't touch, I could barely move. Today my stomach is a little cramps but I mostly feel tired and no appetite. I'm also crying over everything today, I haven't been this weepy since 8weeks or so. Does this sound like a hormonal overload or something for 12 weeks or maybe just a stomach bug?
