Horrible flabby overhanging belly!

Morning all,

I had an emergency c section 20 weeks ago now (doesnt time fly?) and although I am 13lbs away from pre pregnanacy weight I have a really horrible flabby, over hang, apron of a belly!

When I loose the 13lbs i still have about a stone and a half to lose before im in the correct BMI bracket as i was overwieght pre pregnant state anyway, but my belly wasnt like this (it was flabby but never like this!)

Can any one give me any help/guidance as to how I can tone up the flab, is it all about the sit ups or is there anything better that will help. So far ive done nothing accept walk with LO.

No not about sit ups
Its full body exercise.

Look through this section you'll see my thread about 'dreaded overhang' not done 1 sit up.
 
I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) but core exercises are best for things like that. Google Planks - give them a whirl :)
