Horrid rash

I have had a horrid rash on my arms since Wednesday, I was sat out in the garden and it just appeared. It looked like hives, I couldn't stop itching.

It went down a bit and then came up worse on Thursday and Friday and actually hurt to touch. I get a strawberry rash and I have had some strawberries but this seems different. My face is covered in spots, I thought they were just acne but they are soo itchy along my jaw line!

Any ideas what I can put on it?

How strange I was suffering with spots along my jaw line before being pregnant! They were itchy and painful! Doctor said they were caused by imbalanced hormones I found suducrem really soothing and calmed them! Good luck xx

Its really strange if I am still itching on Monday I am going to go to the doctors.
