lol im blaming baby brain on this one!!

so i have recently been having some constipation issues

and the other day i had actually managed to go and came out the bathroom with a big grin on my face!

OH asked me what i was smiling about and without thinking i loudly announced:

'dont you just love the sensation of a successful splash down'

OH looks mildly horrified at my TMI announcement

Luckily my husband is also gross. Not EVERY time, but sometimes you gotta brag.

I'm really really constipated at the moment too. Had to go to the doctor this afternoon to get a prescription of lactulose.
