I have my referral appointment on Monday, I have been ttc for a year, and previously with my ex for 2years plus. The doc said theres no point re testing me for everything i've had done. My boyfriends sperm is fine, and i've been tested for tubes, ovulating etc..

Does anyone know if the hosp will suggest straight in treatment? so IUI or IVF?
or would they offer clomid first even thought i ovulate?
I'm not sure sure on IUI, the success rate isnt great so can I ask to go straight into IVF?or do i have to follow procedure?

Hmmm, not sure. Are you UK?

They were satisfied I was ovulating and SA was fine so I'm sent for a lap to check tubes. Even if that's fine I will then be waiting til next Aug 2012 for iui and Apr 2013 for my IVF

I think your pretty much at their mercy. But your body can change in a matter of months let alone years. Going for my lap next week as requested by NHS assisted conception services, did you have this previously? They will check the tubes then I don't know what, lol. What you get will depend on your area also.

They didnt think it was worth doing a lap for me, has the HSG which flushed tubes etc.. and i had no signs of endo apparently so didnt bother with lap?wonder if they will suggest one?
eurgh i duno its all giving me a headache atm, thanks for your help chick x
