So, i have been staring at these in the store for many months now. Knowing well i should only eat deli meats that are heated.
I could not help myself from getting these. They tasted amazing! Ate 5 of them to be exact.

I should be fine...right? Eaters remorse.

It's perfectly fine! Eat away! As long as you properly heat them up shouldn't be a problem. I eat tons of deli meat ( and I never heat it up) and I'm fine, never been sick

You cant heat these up...but im sure im fine. Just had a moment after i ate them like "ut oh...hmmmm" Just being over cautious!

When i start to worry about foods and things to avoid (sushi, soft cheeses ect) i always think of Europe and japan. I am sure pregnant Japanese woman eat raw fish all the time. My husband is Turkish and his family was appalled when i didn't eat some of the soft cheeses they served. Had never heard of pregnant women not eating certain foods.
Though now im less OCD and less worried of miscarriage as i was first Tri and indulge once in a while. :)

Thanks for the reassurance.

Totally fine to eat!!!! Honestly I wouldn't worry about any of that! Now I am wanting to eat those lol

That sounds soooooooo good. I limit myself to cold deli meat 3 times per pregnancy, and I'd TOTALLY use one of those times to eat a few of those. lol

Even here in the US, my friend had never heard the deli meat restriction and she was high risk due to her baby having chd. I wish I'd never known.... Anyway, that sounds delicious! Enjoy away!

I was always very careful with my first baby, fast forward to this 3rd baby, and I eat runny eggs, soft cheeses, some deli meat, coffee hot baths etc. my babies have all been fine and healthy;)
