Hot Flushes

Is anyone else getting them? I'm getting them so bad at the moment. My whole face goes red and my eyes water as I get so hot,it only tends to be my face though, and I don't sweat?: Today I've had no power surge but my face is boiling hot and slightly puffy.

Me! I nearly had to sit down on the supermarket floor last week as I had one when doing the shopping and thought I might pass out! xx

I've been getting them too! But only at night when I'm trying to go to sleep. It's still getting down to the 40's here at night and I've been sleeping without covers because I'm soooo hot!
