Hot, itchy boobs?

Today it has been at it's worst! My boobs get really hot and itchy, and they feel a million times heavier when they get like this. I tried to put moisturiser on them to cool them down a bit (you never know..) but my nipples are sooo sensitive that touching them made me feel queezy

They've never been this bad or gotten all hot and itchy.. Is this just them getting ready?
