I started experiencing back pain in first tri, and it was pretty rough for a couple weeks but I got a pregnancy pillow and a back support for my chair at work and have been doing much better since, EXCEPT if I try to do even light house cleaning. I've noticed that on days I do any light picking up (organizing, dusting, etc), for as little as 30 minutes, my lower back is killing me at the end of the day!! Tylenol helps a little bit, but I still feel really stiff. Usually the next morning I'm completely fine again, and on days that I stick to my normal routine (sitting on my butt all day), my back doesn't hurt at all.
I was pretty out of shape before pregnancy and have yet to start doing any exercise or stretching even though I know I should...
...so that's probably part of it. But it still seems weird that even a half an hour tidying up could cause this much pain!!
