How active is your 4 month old?

My 4 month old climbs all over me & is constantly moving & rolling around. I'm surprised, as a first time mom I didn't expect her to be so active at this age. She only rolls 1 way & obviously isn't crawling yet but she still manages to move herself across our floor. She sits up & rolls out of the boppy pillow, then lands on her tummy & breast strokes & kicks to move herself. She manages to move a few feet while playing.

Wow! Active little girl! My DD is 4 months and I have also been surprised with how active she is already! I guess I never realized how fast the newborn-ness really does go away! My DD isn't as active as what you are describing of your DD. SHe hates tummy time! So the rolling over and moving across the floor is def not happening yet! Sounds like your little one is going to be moving soon! Good for her!

My LO was very similar at 4 months. He could roll both ways by 16 weeks and there was no stopping him. He's now constantly on his hands and knees rocking, so only a matter of time before he crawls I think

My LO is coming up 4 months and is extremely active, constantly on the move and never keeping still.

my lo isnt rolling yet as he hates being on his front but he is constantly kicking, squirming, waving his arms around. he loves his jumperoo, loves me holding him in a standing position and never sleeps for more than 10 minutes a couple of times during the day so i think he is pretty active lol

Mine is never still for a second, unless he is asleep! His arms and legs are always moving and even when he's sitting on my lap he is trying to push himself up all the time. He won't even sit in his bouncy chair properly any more as he just cranes forward trying to sit.

Well i must be in the minority then. My dd tries to roll but only gets on her side really. She isnt moving that much. She does kick but i wouldnt say she is that active tbh.
