My mums friend just turned up at my house, we've not seen her for absolutely ages!! Was a nice surprise to see her, we used to be quite close to her, she lived with us when I was alot younger for a while with her two children.

Anyway, she was sat telling us, about her daughter.
Last we knew, she was pregnant but had an abortion. She must have been 13 at the time.
My mums friend told us, she'd had the imlant taken out of her arm, as it was making her feel sick so her mum said, when she found out
'come on, we'll go get you the injection then'
and emily turned around and said
'i cant, im pregnant again'
Turns out, she was 5 and a half months pregnant, at 14.
So her mum said 'well we best get you in for a scan then'
Her mum didnt go with her, her and her boyfriend went, but when she turned up home, she broke down, the baby had cerebal palsy and only had half a head, but Emily was keeping her alive, in the womb.
They decided best thing to do was for her to be induced and have the baby, knowing the baby would die, but the baby was going to die anyway, wether being carried to full term or not.
So they induced her, 72 hours she spent in labour. And gave birth to baby Neveah, who was later cremated.

So first off I want to say R.I.P baby Neveah.

I thought I would share this, as I realised a few people were scared about getting medical attention whilst pregnant, or not recieving it until later stages.

oh god thats terrible! :(

she was very brave doing that, i have alot of respect for her.
hugs to her :hugs: and to you hun :hugs: xxxx

 That's horrible! I feel so bad for her...I can't even imagine!:nope:

And I completely agree...it's horrible to not get medical attention early on in pregnancy...=/

I agree totally, must be hard to do at 14, let alone an older woman.
But shes got herself back into her school work and is working hard.
I suppose its given her alot more respect for the attention you DO need whilst being pregnant!
xx

thank you!!
as sad, and rare as these stories are, it is important to hear!
thanks for being brave... :hugs: for her, and her baby!!

god bless
xx
