hi girls....just wondering how big ur hospital bag is gonna be ...only because i am seriously considering taking my suitcase lol...(its average size) because it would fit all of my stuff & babys stuff in it!! and also its on wheels which is easier lol...i havent really got anything else, and i dont really want to buy something just for this.....

thanks in advance xxxxxxx:hugs:

i have 2 weekend bags - one for labour and one for after labour. i then have baby's changing bag and a huge weekend bag for my partner with all his stuff and spare bits in! maybe too much but i didn't want to take a suitcase because it'd be heavy, whereas this i can just take in whichever bags i need at the time.. x

Good question, i hav an average sized suitcase but was wonderin if it was too big but its full and dont know wot i cud take out of it

I'm taking my weekend bag with my stuff, diaper bag with LO's stuff, and hubby is taking a small weekend bag for his stuff. You should use your suitcase - pointless to buy something else :)

I've got a small suitcase with my stuff in & a holdall with babys stuff in, HTH

I have a travel/weekend suitcase (only a small one) which I'm going to use and then I'm probably just going to take an extra holdal bag or something. My partner has got his own bag that he is gonna take for things for himself, so I don't need to worry about that, lol

I have a 2 large weekend bags, one full of the nippers stuff and the other mine, then my wash bag. Want to be fully prepared this time as with my DD she was just over a month early and I had nothing ready and had to send family out to buy me slippers, baby bits and tell people where to fine everything in the house to bring. I have 6 weeks and 4 days to go and my bags are sat by the front door ready to go when already! :)

I used a small suitcase when I had Samuel, one of the MW's commented on how long I thought I would be there. The case obviously wouldn't fit in the cubicle and therefore got in the way of visiting family and drs/MW. I have bought a small holdall, but no idea if I will get everything into it.

Cx

I had a tiny duffle (you call then holdalls, I think) that I tossed my toiletries, a change of clothes, and the smallest NB size outfit I could locate into the morning that I went into labor, but over here the hospital provides everything you need.

My hospital told me to limit what I took in cos of space so never took a case wish I did as I had 3 large bags in the end so take the case x

I've got a medium cabin sized trolley case for my things and my boots changing bag for little ones stuff. Hoping all my things fit in as i bought it especially from primark x

I am waiting to see if the lady that owns the site can make it before I pop!!! It's so cute! I love her stuff!!

I have a large holdall. It has mine, OH and babys stuff in. Babys nappy bag is so small, and only fits a few nappies in. so I won't bother with that till I get a new one.

I'm also packing a small holdall with other bits in, just in case I have a longer stay and need more pads and pants and stuff. Then OH can just grab the bag. I know he will be useless if I tell him what to bring.

I packed a small-ish suitcase initially with everything in - made sense i thought.
However after seeing OH's and his mums face i had to repack a medium sized holdall and a separate small shoulder bag for babies stuff.

Its probably the same size all in all but just looks less offensive as its in two loads. Lol.

Hospital bag politics!
I bet i forget my notes.... :) Only thing not packed

I have my beach bag, with clothing in it. A really big purse thing, it's ridiculously big, with my toiletries in it. The diaper bag with some clothes for Dylan, and my purse which will have my lap top and chargers and books in it.
