I have no idea whats going on with my fertility in June I had a HSG and it showed no blockage at all!! I was so relieved to hear this news!!! One month later I started to have pains in my sides mainly on my left sometimes on my right. Had a colonoscopy turned out normal. Dr. didnt know what was wrong so I had a MRI done it showed a mild hydrosalpinx in my right tube.. Has anyone had a normal HSG done only to find out later that your tubes are blocked??? so confused and heartbroken

I realize this is an old post, but I wanted to let you know I had the same thing happen. I had an HSG and although the dye spilled out slowly, it did spill. After 6 more months of no BFP my doctor did a laparoscopy and discovered that both of my tubes are mostly, if not entirely, blocked. I am going to a specialist tomorrow to find out if they are hydrosalpinx and will have to be removed in order to do IVF.:growlmad:

I unblocked my tubes myself, ivf isn't the only way. I had a lap in 11/2012 that showed both tubes blocked. I took serrapeptase and did castor oil packs for four months. A follow up hsg revealed one tube open. This is my first real cycle. Good luck!
