Okay sorry but I'm curious. I thought gender prediction was a bit dumb before the actual 20 week gender scan (sorry ) BUT I've stalked a few threads on here and it seems about 90% of guesses turn out to be correct?! So, how do you know? What is it about a 12 week scan that says boy or girl? I'm just curious and bemused really!

let me know if you find anything out... maybe someone will reply to your post. No responses to mine asking the same and stating symptoms.. lol.,

I haven't a clue either so will be watching to see if anyone can help us out x

It's the nub. You know the thing that you have that turns into genitals. They say the angle of the dangle is how to tell, up by 30 degrees or more it's a boy and under 30 degrees it is a girl. It supposedly reliable from 11 weeks.

There is also skull theory which is girls heads are rounder but boys heads are squarer. I don't think it is particularly accurate tbh as our heads look different from different angles.

Hope that helps x

Haha okay, I will test it out. I know the gender of this baby but what does it look like, and, more importantly, how do you know??? Super curious!

13 weeks and 18 weeks.

Girl?? I can't really tell in the first pic if there's a visible nub, but you usually look for a little white line that sometimes points parallel with the spine and sometimes on an angle... if what I see is the nub then it looks almost parallel. And in the second pic the head looks rounded like a girl's? Not a confident guess haha
