How did you find goodnight milk?

I started goodnight milk a few days ago, I started by giving her just 3 oz then upped it slowly. She seems to have been having some rough nights recently. Really arching her back and wanting cuddles to sleep so i am starting to think it is that and its really heavy on her tummy. Needless to say, I am going to give it a miss next few nights just to see.

Anyone else have something similar?

Sounds like it might be that its too much for her little tummy when she's trying to sleep.
We tried it but it never did much for us so I think we only bought it once or twice.
Hope you work out if its the goodnight milk causing the issues xxx
