I keep seeing the baby growth things in peoples signatures. Can someone send me a link to where I can make one pleaseee?

If you click on one of the tickers in someone's journal it'll automatically take you to the site.
Some sites that do them are;
www.lilypie.com / www.daisypath.com

www.babygaga.com

www.thebump.com

You need to make the ticker then copy the "UBB/BB code" into your signature
