How do I help him

My DH is so sensitive and I know that the m/c is hurting him so badly, but he just won't talk about it. I say things like 'I miss my baby' and all he can say is I know. It is eating him up but he just will not talk about it. Any ideas on how I can help him come to terms with it ?

I wish I had advice. Perhaps a grief counselor? I find it hard to help my OH since he won't tell me how he really feels.

My OH never talks about it. I wish i could make him talk, but like you, its so hard. He is probably trying to protect you hun. Does he have any close male friends who might be able to talk to him.

Guys cope differently. Girls like to talk about their feelings, but that's not how guys are mentally built. I'd advice him to see a counselor though. They will have the proper approach. It helped my OH with his anxieties.

People grieve differently. Perhaps there is something that you two can do together tho, like name your baby and have a ceremony, plant a tree, or go and make a donation together.
