How do I know?

So...I'm trying to figure out if my periods this bad cuz I'm late, or cuz it's not a period and I'm miscarrying.

I had a miscarriage when I was 16 (3 years ago) but I was such a mess back then, I suppressed a lot of it.

I had my copper IUD (no hormones) out almost 2 months ago.
We have been NTNP since.

And then I was late, but I have had so much stress lately (got diagnosed with MS) that at first I thought it was from stress, making it late.

I took a test at a few days late, it was negative. Took one at 5 weeks late. Negative.

Would have been 7 weeks late today. Started bleeding yesterday. Figured it was just my period.

I know when you're really late, your period will be worse.

I keep having stabbing pains through my crotch and butt, and severe cramps. Bleeding is kind of heavy, but I've always had a very heavy cycle, so I'm not sure.

I really hate my OB and don't wanna go see her, but... I dunno if it's another miscarriage or just a bad period...

I could have written that post as I'm in the same boat. Period nearly a week late all signs of pregnancy I've had before and then started bleeding yesterday. I've got very strong cramps and back ache too and feel faint and weak. Really not sure what to think. Although I'm losing lots of blood it tends to be when I sit on the toilet as it sort of gushes and drips out. There doesn't seem to be souch on my pad.
