How do i put a ticker on my page?

i've just made a ticker and copied it or cut it to paste it somewhere but where do i put it? please help i've no idea what i'm doing x

HI you need to go to USERCP which is at the left hand side on the front page,click on that then down to signature, click on that then put in there ..thats it ..
