How do you change the "name" of a web link?

How do I change my fb web link to something like "add me on fb" and it will take you straight to the site, rather having the whole thing written on my siggy (I hope that made sence, it's quite hard to explain when you have no clue what your talking about )

Okay, first go down to the quick reply box. Click on the picture I've circled here.

Copy and paste the link you want into the box.

It'll then show you the link, and the link again highlighted.

You can replace this highlighted text (the text within the ] [ brackets) with whatever you want the "name" of your link to be.

When you post it, it'll show up like this! A clickable link with the "name" being whatever you want.

You can also type the text into the textbox first then hit the link button and insert the link.
I find it easier to do it that way.
