How do you cope with back pain?

Anyone seen a chiropractor or gone for pregnancy massages? What do you do to relieve your back pain (aside from pain medication)?

i'm yet to find out myself too lol pain meds arent helping me either lol

Hey....I'm in the same boat. I just use pillows behind my lower-mid back for extra support. Although I'm 24 wks...I'm with twins so I'm having these same issues already.

No pain meds really help me either.
