How do you know if you had a chemical?

If you don't take a test? There have been two times when I've had symptoms and even got to 5 days late once but never tested as I was waiting until I was a week late. Is there anyway of knowing any advice for future reference would be useful.

Hi , yammas, unfortunately if you don't test you can't know if you have had a chemical. In some cases (one is mine) the period is pretty on time. If I had not done a test I would not have known that I had a chemical. I hope this helps. Xxxx GL.
