How do you make up Comfort formula bottles??

Hi girls just wondering how do you make your aptimel comfort bottles? We make ours in advance and store in fridge but noticed now that the comfort formula is sticking to the bottom of the bottle?

Douglas was on aptamil comfort for a little while, we used to put half of what we needed of cooled boiled water in his bottles and then when he was hungry boil the kettle and add the rest and add the milk, we never had any problems xxx
