I had a laparoscopy almost 3 weeks ago and removed endometreosis. I should have started my period on Friday and it is now Sunday evening. I have found, through research, that your period can be late due to the stress of the surgery. I was told I needed "pelvic rest" for 5 days (no sex). At my post op visit, my ob told us to wait 2 months to try again. I thought I had already ovulated and we were safe to go unprotected since I thought I was going to start my period the following day. Well, I'm not sure when I ovulated so Idk if it is possible I am pregnant now. (I had 3-second trimester miscarraiges in less than 2 years. Getting pregnant is very easy, keeping them is not).
