Anyone have any idea how long after taking provera(progesterone) does your period start? I have a 10 day supply and am wondering what the typical wait time is...cud I'm supposed to start clomid afterwards.

Hi, I had a mmc in January and no AF for 10 weeks, I was given a weeks supply of medroxyprogesterone and AF came after the 4th day of taking it, good luck!

I took medroxyprogesterone and had a severe allergic reaction to it...needless to say I'm feeling really upset today to know that I can't start conceiving in the next few weeks.

Oh no! Hope ur ok, I didn't even know that was a risk with the medroxyprogesterone, although some of the other side effects sounded scary (blood clots), I only experienced mild dizziness. Are you starting Clomid for PCOS? I'm having my cycle monitored and early on this cycle looked promising with several follicles, 2 of which were maturing, and my OPK stated I was highly fertile (cd12 & 13), an ultrasound today (cd14) showed the follicles have hardly grown over the weekend and my lining is thickening but very slowly. My estrogen and LH are high (therefore signaling high fertility in the opk) so the nurse thinks I have a little bit polycystic ovaries :( I wonder if that's why I also initially miscarried (low quality egg and low progesterone). She brought up starting my on Serophene next cycle (same thing as Clomid). I feel defeated :( hope your feeling better since the progesterone and can move forward from this cycle, good luck!

I called the doctor today so hopefully he will figure out something soon. I'm just really feeling defeated too. I still believe there is good to come.

I was going to start clomid but since I didn't have a period it isn't going to happen yet.
