How long can I keep things in the freezer?

Im gonna start weaning Brandon in 2 weeks time, when he hits the big 6 month mark and I am starting to get prepared and I wondered if I would be able to start pureeing vegetables and freezing them just now...or should I wait until I have actually started weaning?!

I havent started weaning yet hun but I cant see a problem with having things frozen in advance. Maybe just do a small batch just to get u started? x

I freeze about a weeks worth of meals for connah. He doesnt have them everyday as sometimes we are having something he can have with us...sometimes i do pasta for him etc.

Im sure i read somewhere that you can keep meals for LO frozen 3 months? could be wrong though x

Purees will keep for 8 weeks in the freezer according to Annabel Karmel's books!

You're not a weirdo - it IS scary, it's a huge responsibility to feed your baby good food, that's how I feel anyway!
