How long does sperm live for?

Its just that I've looked on line and have had answers from 1 -5 days. And also how long can it take for sperm to reach the egg?

I'm basically grasping at straws.

Had BD 10pm on Monday - +opk yesterday (Tuesday) but no BD as DP working.

I'm sure I ovulated at 5pm today(wednesday) (usual symptoms).

Will be Bding at 10pm tonight - is that enough time to at least be in with a chance???

I am so peeved of that this may be another month gone to waste.

if you ovulated today the sperm will leave for 24hrs def in with a chance if you bd today even more so that yesterday i reckon!
