How long does your ov pain/cramps last?

Hi Girls

Just wondering how long your ov pains/cramps last? i thought i've ovulated as my chart suggests, hopefully it will go back up tommorrow and since about day 15 i've had ov pains/cramps. Its carried on and is now like a dull ache and tummy gurgling, does anyone else have this?

Haha i dont even know if i get OV cramps, but then again today i got mild cramping ... and i know for sure it wasnt from AF cuz she just left

Maybe because when i had my chart it said that i was supposed to ovulate on the 26 or 27 of this month

I never even knew such a thing as OV cramps existed until I joined the forum, never really gotten them myself.

I feel the ovulation cramps for a couple of hours. It is usually stronger on my right side, but it is definitely there for a couple of hours.. enough to wake me up to BD!

A couple, three or four hours usually for me. Usually comes and goes as twinges and dull ache- not real cramps so to speak.

yes i usually get them the day before and the day of ovulation ...i have a right side cramp sometimes strong in off i can barely walk .
but i least i know when to jump on my HD too like susan!

this month my ovulation pains were horrible, i was almost certain it had to be something else causing the pain lol. It felt like i got punched in the ovary and the pain lasted a few hours.

i know some people i have "O" pain for couples of days so.
Is this the first time you feel that way?

i remember it being this way last month but more from cd23 ish, this just doesn't seem to have stopped and is accompanied on and off with lower back pain.

Last cycle I thought mine lasted 2 days - very much like severe period pains. This cycle I've had a dull ache in my left ovary for a couple of days. That said I dont actually know if they are O pains as I'm not doing OPKs or temps just guestimating....

i do have back pain when i "O" too. how long is your cycle loopylew?

I am going through the same thing!!! I have had cramps since last weekend so that would have all started around CD11! And I am now on CD17!!! I have cramping right as we speak on both sides and all around...like AF cramps. God only knows what is going on down there!
