How long has everyone bn ttc and what route

Hi,
Hope u girls don't mind but wanted to start this thread to find out how long everyone has bn ttc what issues have bn diagnoised and route they on, I know a few of your stories & am sure u will have all mentioned it at some point on here but u know how easy it is to miss, just thought it may be good thread to have to reffer to for knowing each others journies a little better and supporting each other in the right way if that makes sence? to all and wishing u all 2009 BFP!!

male factor abstructive azoospermia (absense of vas defernas)
First IVF/ICSI Private July 2008 was eggsharing 8 eggs in total I got 4 so did recipeient, of mine3 fertilises 2 day 2 embroys bk in other disguarded(not good enough to freeze) BFN
2nd IVF/ICSI NHS funded March 2009 start.

Great thread as you're right we do get a glimpse of everyones position in different/ separate thread...here's my story:

Me 33 DH 30 (toy-boy!)
Trying to conceive since March 2007
Fertility consultant found I had PCOS (no symptoms apart from cysts found from ultrasound)
Completed 3 x cycles of Clomid 100mg - no BFP
Due to see consultant on 9 February to see next steps

I'm 29 DH 32
Been TTC since May/June 07
Blood tests showed I don't ovulate, DH is more than fine!
4 rounds of clomid, 3 with HCG shot - no definate BFP but believe 2 of these cycles resulted in chemical pregnancies
Lap and Dye 18 Dec showed no problems
Next consultants appointment 9 Feb where I expect to be referred onto IUI

Me 23 (24 on Saturday!) OH 27
Never been pregnant
TTC since Oct 2006
I have a Chronic Cilia disorder which means my fallopian tubes are blocked and cannot be unblocked (see my other post for more details - 'Made this for OH')
Blood tests showed I ovulate fine, US showed I have polycystic ovaries. OH is fine!
IVF is the only way forward, awaiting 1st appt. Had an appt 2 years ago and applied for funding but had to cancel due to circumstances. So with all the tests out the way this appt should be an application for funding again.

Low sperm count, DH going for retest soon
Not even so much as a hint of a BFP in all this time

Severe male factor - low count, low motility, extremely poor morphology and highly damaged sperm.
I've had 3 laps/hysteroscopies...finally had a decent specialist do the 3rd one and he discovered and removed septum and mild endo
IVF/ICS #1 - early m/c
FET #1 - cancelled
FET #2 - currently TWW with results tomorrow...BFN sure to show

We will be jumping straight into our 2nd stim cycle as no more in the freezer.

3 day tests show FSH levels all fine;
21 day tests show intermittent O
US showed all clear and clomid had produced a good folical ready to pop ... sadly nothing came of it.
On my 2nd cycle of Clomid 50mg
DF SA seemed all ok, Dr was happy .... although some results 'missing' ... still chasing DF to call and get them

Just watching and waiting for the BFP ... need to chase my Dr for a HSG ...

TTC again since May 07
ME: all results from various test for recurrent m/c and not being able to conceive since - all normal
DH: sperm tests - normal
August 08 - October 08 - acupunture - no success
November 08 - lap & dye test - all normal
December 2008 - consultation after lap&dye - told to continue TTC naturally, no chlomid given, been classed as Unexplained Inferility
March 2009 - awaiting another appointment to see what's next

Thinking of trying hypnotherapy

Been taking metformin since Feb 2008 which has regulated my cycles.

Dh: Severe male factor - Low count, poor morphology etc.

Referred to IVF Wales in September 2008 and have our 1st consultation in April 2009

Never been pregnant

Suffer from long, irregular cycles and don't appear to be ovulating correctly.
Had internal/external US on 22nd Aug 08 showed no physical reason for not ovulating.
DH had SA in Nov 08 his result was normal

Awaiting Referral next month (March 09) for tests to look into my lack of ovulation, due to my cycles being so erratic I haven't yet had the normal blood tests. Fingers-X it shouldn't take too long to come through.

Trying since March 2008

Also never been pregnant, also never ovulated since started trying =(

Diagnosed with PCOS, had 3 cycles of Clomid 50/50/100. Follicle scan revealed no growth in follicles whatsoever. Haven't bled on my own since coming off the pill. Before the pill my cycles and ovulation was normal.

24th February I go for more investigations, and to a different doctor. The cycle after I will go on Follistim injections in conjunction with IUI.

TTC since early 08 (11 cycles) but "not trying not preventing" with regular sex since 2006 (3 years)

Unexplained. OPKs show clear ovulation pattern but am waiting for my first appointment for testing. Lot of pain in uterus last few months, hoping it will be diagnosed

Husbands sperm analysis next month

Female factor, Clomid 150mg, No AF unless assisted, no reported ovulation but according to temps a few months ago... O around CD16.
Been on Clomid before, no ovulation according to doctors.... seing gyni tomorrow for CD12 scan after completing Clomid 150mg....

Will see where we go from there....
