The online family doctor says in freezer for 3 months, and back of fridge for 3-8 days (although I personally only leave milk in the fridge for 24 hours)

I think this is what my breast feeding book says. If I have milk in the fridge, I use it within 48 hours.

Yah, I use expressed milk (unfrozen) within a day or two. If I warm frozen milk, I toss it within the same day I use it.

Any longer time in the fridge, and it starts to smell like whatever is sitting next to it in the fridge, or just like the fridge itself.

yeh i try to use mine within 24 hours ... if not def within 48 hours!! I had to chuck some the other day cos OH didnt use it mortified lol!!
