I did it for one day. I was very unfit back then and it was ok. The cardio bits weren't too bad at all it was the toning that was hard cos I can't do a press up, my arms just can't lift my body weight so it was a bit pointless for me. I still do it the odd day but I prefer to go and do an exercise class really. I think there's a whole thread for it in the fitness section x
Level 1 isn't too bad. I'm allergic to exercise and found it ok.
Got a bit bored after a few weeks though.
Gave up to do the flabelos machine, hoping a miracle will occur!!!
