As the title says:thumbup:

im thinking of doing this but need to check a few things first.

Also does anyone know how much working/child tax credits i will loose?
And will i still get housing benefit?

Im due to get £100ish in housing benefit per month
and we get:
£109 working tax per month
£250 child tax per month

thanks

my friend did it and only got approx £50 a month, more at christmas.
she has given up now, said it was more hassle than it was worth.

It can be hassle, but I don't do territory, just friends family work etc. No knocking on houses for me!! You earn 20% if your order is over about £70 (iirc) and 25% if over £130(iirc). But you have to buy brochures, bags and samples now and then if your nice!

TBH i've done it must be 4 years in april and it's not hassle really, enjoy getting boxfuls of goodies to sort through, and if you don't spend too much of it on yourself then yes you get a cash here n there. As for benefits etc I can't help there as I'm full time Employed too.

hiya i used to the avon for 3 years whilst working full time and i gave up but have just started again , i work part time aswell but i get full rent and council tax benefits, my partner phoned the tax credits and they didnt say anything about taking any off as i was only getting child tax credits before but now i do the avon its bumped me up to 16 hours as i only work 2 days a week in my other job so i now get working tax credits so for me they havnt taken anythng off as for the rent and council tax i dont think it would make any difference tbh if your not earning much. Its my first campaign since starting again but i will prob only get about 100-150 pounds worth of orders as i only do friends and family xx
