Hello ladies.. For those taking this sort of medication, I would really love to know what dosage of heparin/clexane you are on? My doctor has put me on a "milder" dosage as I can see from other forums, 20mg per day. In other forums people were taking more along the lines of 50mg twice a day?? Kinda freaked me out  and the mention of 20mg kind of took them off guard, like it was nothing. Thank you for any input.

Do you have a blood clotting disorder?

I don't, however I have been diagnosed with high NK cells so was put on clexane from bfp until 15 weeks as a bit of a just in case and to help things along. My dose was 40mg per day. I was also on progesterone, steroids, baby aspirin, intralipids and estrogen

Hello ladies!
I have had 1 miscarriage in March at 6-7 weeks. I was recently diagnosed with MTHFR and PAI-1 mutations.

I was put on Clexane (0,4) a couple days ago, my first injection was at 4w+1d. I'll probably have to take it daily till the birth and maybe even later. It sucks and costs a lot of money. :( Hope nothing bad has happened during TWW without injections. I've read that PAI-1 mutation can be dangerous during implantation time...

When did you start yours?
