Hi. My baby (dd2) is 11 months in a few days. She's just started daycare for two mornings a week 9 to 12. I am going to express some milk for her to have. I have no idea how many mls she needs.

She has a sleepy morning breastfeed at 6am, then breakfast at 7 ish, then a feed again just before she starts at 9. Then morning tea at 10. Then more boob when I pick her up at 12 and then home for lunch
So I need to express milk for her. I remember I tried for dd1 around 9 months and only managed 30 to 40mls. Would this be enough?
Also can i express the night before and keep it in the fridge over night for the next day?

Not sure exact amounts for 11 month old but with regards to expressing everyone is different, I can express more this time then with my first baby. My 1 month old has about 60-80mls a feed. I think breast milk if put straight in the back of the fridge is good for up to 5 days so you should be fine :)
