My midwife says 10 movements between breakfast and dinner, but I have also read 10 movements in 2 hours. I don't think there are universal guidelines and if there once were, many medical professionals are steering away from them because each baby is different and has a unique pattern.
I think your baby should be moving regularly. I was told "movement" is more than just "kicks", because as the baby gets bigger they have less room to move around and the movements are not as obvious. Rolls, swishes, etc. all count. I would just take note of your baby's routine and note if he or she deviates from it.
