How much to express?

Hubby wants us to go out for a meal soon and i was going to express so his mum can look after Isobelle and give a feed if needed but how much milk should there be in the bottle? i dont want to go out and not give enough milk but i also dont want to leave far too much and waste it or give his mum the impression that she will need it all as all her other grandchildren were bottle fed, im not even sure i want to go for the meal yet and im stressing!!!

Alex was varying between 60-80 mil of expressed at 11 days so maybe offer 90 mils? Sorry Im not much help just thought id share the little of what I know xxx

Try not to worry too much about how much. I'd leave a small bottle worth - like a few ounces, but you're not going to be gone all day or anything so she'll be fine with a bit til you get back.

When DH and I went out for the first time DS was 2 months. So I left him a few ounces in the bottle for my mom. He wouldn't even drink it. Just took enough so that he wasn't starving and waited for me to get home. Then he had a good long feed lol
